The purpose ofthis project is to raze the existing improvements, including all structures, accessory structures and pavement surfaces noted above located on the subject lot. More specifically the scope ofwork includes: o Demolish the existing shelter (roof and 4 posts) o Demolish all concrete surfaces o Dispose of off-site all demolition debris & materials o Water or otherwise control dust to prevent airborne debris particles o Backfill all excavations or low areas with clean fill consisting ofsoils or granular materials conforming with local requirements and the specifications herein and capable ofbeing compacted to a density suitable for future construction o Finish grade site to drain as directed by project owner o Cover the site with 4" oftopsoil and seed and mulch and install erosion control Contact Chris Boeke at 937-778-2085 or cboeke@piquaoh.org with any questions regarding this bid or the scope ofwork prior to 7/13/22 at 5:00 p.m. Demolition work to be completed within 60 days ofPurchase Order being issued.
