Reference number : 1628033 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The municipality of the parish of Saint-Gilbert, owner and Project Manager, is requesting tenders for the construction of a shelter on the existing universal access ramp of the building located at 110 rue Principale, Saint-Gilbert, Quebec, G0A 3T0. To be considered, any submission must: Be presented in a pre-addressed and sealed envelope, bearing the appropriate inscriptions; Be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the amount submitted; Be accompanied by a copy of the general contractor's license. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a check referred to in the amount corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender, made out to the order of the owner or by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. This submission guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services. When these guarantees are in the form of bonds, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the contract price and when they are in the form of a certified check, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the contract price. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The owner does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received.
