The Bid Documents and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of BERNIER, CARR & ASSOCIATES, Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors, P.C., 516 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866 on or about June 26, 2023. Plans and Specifications Remain the Property of BCA Architects & Engineers and Printed Must Be Returned in Good Condition Within Thirty (30) Business Days After Award of Contract or Rejection of Bids. The successful low bidder, upon his failure or refusal to execute and deliver the contract and required bonds and insurance within 15 days after he has received notice of the acceptance of his bid, shall forfeit to the Owner, as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal, the security deposited with his bid. All requests for such interpretations shall submitted in writing to BCA Architects & Engineers (on the attached RFI Form). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
