To supply all material, labour and equipment necessary for the production, loading, hauling, placing and compaction of hot mix asphaltic concrete paving construction for the Municipality as directed by the Municipality. Areas to be asphalted shall be identified and marked by an employee from Town of Saint Quentin. A Security Deposit shall be included with tender in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $5,000.00 from a Canadian Chartered Bank, Credit Union or Trust Company and made payable to the Town of Saint-Quentin. All inquiries shall be addressed to the attention of the director of public works, Mr. Gilles Croussette.
