As of June 16, 2022 This project is awarded to JV Lucas Paving with awarded amount of $1,275,978.70. The work in general consists of roadway rehabilitation and methods include but are not limited to overlay, dig out and repairing failed asphalt, striping and signage on Petrified Forest Road, Franz Valley School Road, Myrtledale Road, and Shaw William Road. No bid will be considered unless it is made on a blank form furnished with these bid specifications and is made in accordance with the provisions of the proposal requirements and conditions set forth under Section 2 of the 2018 Standard Specifications of the State California, Department of Transportation, except as modified by the Special Provisions. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-12" license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
