The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) is seeking Architect-Engineering Services for a new Readiness Center Military Construction (MILCON) project. The new Readiness Center will support individual and collective training, administrative, automation and communications and logistical requirements for the OHARNG. This facility will be built on State Land, with construction beginning in Spring of FY24. This facility will house the following elements: 945 EN CO, CO D 1-148 IN BN, 1483 TRANS CO, Sandusky Recruiter Detachment Ohio. Professional Services Start: 08 / 22 Construction Notice to Proceed: 06 / 23 Substantial Completion of all Work: 06 / 25 Professional Services Completed: 07 / 25 Percent of initial Total A/E Fee: 5.0% The OHARNG has conducted a preliminary design, Planning and Programming Document Charrette (PPDC), on this project and is currently at 10% design. The purpose of the PPDC was to establish project requirements, resolve issues, and generate solutions. The 10% design is in accordance with applicable guidelines including: DG 415-1 Army National Guard Readiness Center Design Guide; and NG Pam 415-12.
