The proposed work contemplated for the project generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for construction of the Chemical Feed Building facility as described in the Contract Documents. All work is to be completed within three hundred thirty four (334) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The proposal includes construction of a 6,000 square foot Chemical Feed Building at the plant site to assist in water treatment, along with a new driveway connection to Swan Avenue, parking, and landscaping upgrades. A Master Plan Amendment is also proposed to address the revised driveway location.
