Liberty Recreation Center Outdoor Repairs Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment as necessary for turf area re-work, a new door to an existing exterior wall, and new gates to the existing dumpster enclosure. The location of this project is 2601 Glencliff Drive in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. Contractors are required to pay wages to laborers and mechanics at a rate not less than the prevailing wages specified in a wage determination made by the Secretary of Labor. Additionally, Contractors are required to pay wages not less than once a week Question Deadline 08/17/2023 at 11:00 AM Submit all questions on the solicitation question portal on PlanoTX.ionwave.net by the Question Deadline. Answers will be provided via the IonWave interface or addenda on PlanoTX.ionwave.net. The City reserves the right to waive any minor defect, irregularity, or informality in any bid. The City may also reject any or all bids without cause prior to award. The City of Plano reserves the right to accept or reject any/all price escalations. The City of Plano reserves the right to audit the records and performance of Contractor during the contract and for three years thereafter. This project is estimated at $85,000.00. include a bid bond or a bid guarantee in the form of a cashiers check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price Project TOTAL time is 400 calendar days. Response would be 380 calendar days to achieve substantial completion and 20 days to achieve final completion.
