The work may begin and must be carried out in the evening and at the end of the week from June 1 until June 24, 2022. From June 25 until August 24, 2022, the work may be carried out during the day. If the work has not been completed by August 25, 2022, it must be carried out in the evening and on weekends thereafter. All the work must be completed by the October 30, 2022 (see work schedule). As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check made out to Center de services scolaire des Draveurs, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to carry out suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders, failing which the submission will be automatically rejected. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services.
