Reference number : 1590503 Review Title : Rehabilitation of the 3rd row road Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Godefroi (Project Owner) is requesting tenders for the execution of the construction work described below: Partial reconstruction of the 3rd Rang road over approximately 1.2 km; Reconstruction of eleven (11) cross culverts; Installation of guardrails; Miscellaneous related repair and development work required to carry out the project. Any tender must, to be considered valid, be prepared on the form provided with the tender documents and accompanied by the required documents mentioned in the estimate. The documents required for submission will be available on the Electronic Tendering System (SÉAO) website at www.seao.ca from April 4, 2022. Obtaining the documents is subject to the applicable pricing defined by the SEAO. The deadline for filing complaints (DDP) to register with the SEAO is April 19, 2022 and the deadline for responding to complaints (DRP) is April 29, 2022. The person responsible for the Contracting Authority's call for tenders is Ms. Nancy Castilloux, Acting Director General at (418) 752-6316 or by email at dg@municipalitestgodefroi.com. Any questions should be directed to this person. The Owner reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The Client shall furthermore not be liable for any action or claim for costs or losses incurred by the tenderers as a result of such decisions. Bid Bond 10% is required.
