The University is seeking an A/E firm to assist in analyzing the University's programming needs to design a Preschool Academy building that meets the current and projected programming need. This project is to provide programming, planning and schematic design services for a new 25,000 square feet Preschool Academy Building with an estimated construction cost of Seventeen Million, Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($17,337,000).
