Project No. 200586 Every Bidder must supply the Subcontractor list completed and submitted to the Owner at the same location specified for receipt ofBids withi n one hour ofthe Base Bid time. The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor w ith whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract directly (i.e., not lower-tier Subcontractors) for performance of the work of: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing as described in RCW 18.106 and RCW 39.30.060 electrical work, as described in RCW 19.28 and RCW 39.30.060 and any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form. Any Bidder who intends to selfperform any of the categories of Work, must name itself for each, s uch category of Work. Bid Security, in an amount of 5% of the Bid, must accompany each bid, and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total, base bid, made payable to the Bethel School District. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 calendar days. The Board of Directors of the Bethel School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
