The work completed by these specifications involves in installation of a new sidewalk along 71st St S from Elliot Ave to 12th Ave S and all work associated including curb and gutter replacements, grading and ADA improvements. The project shall consist of furnishing all of the materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform the work detailed and construct the following approximate quantities: 1. Approximately 6,900 SF Concrete Sidewalk 2. Approximately 915 LF Wire Fence Design 48-9322 3. Approximately 250 CY Common Excavation Direct questions about this Project, including pre-bid questions, to Dave Hutton at 952.797.2329 or dhutton@sehinc.com All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Richfield for five percent of the amount of bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2024 The City Council of Richfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
