The work of the project consists of the renovation of the Robbins Farm Playground. Bid Deposits: Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount not less than 5% of the value of the bid, including all alternates. Bid deposits shall be in the form of a bid bond, or cash, or a certified check on, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by, a responsible bank or trust company. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within 10 days of notification of contract award, both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials or Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any and all Bids
