**As of June 17, 2022, this project has been awarded to R.C. Young and the awarded amount is $170,732.12** Subbase & Seal Contract Furnish and place approximately 1,440 Ton 2A Subbase; 4,800 SY Geotextile; 60 LF Pipe 15" HDPE; 60 LF Pipe 24" HDPE; 5,334 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 5,334 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment; 5,334 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 5,000 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 5,000 SY Asphalt Fog Seal and 1,000 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
