Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment and permitting necessary for renovation of existing tennis courts for Linwood Park and Holmberg Park. Scope of work includes but is not limited to including fence/gate modifications; concrete repair/drainage modifcations to the existing hardscape; site grading and drainage system installation around existing court; landscape and irrigation repair; replacement of the tennis court net standards and nets; pavement grinding and repair, pavement cleaning, installation of sport court surfacing on the courts for Linwood Park. Conversion of existing tennis courts to pickleball courts; asphalt cutting/patching; installation of new pickleball equipment and court fencing; repair of existing perimeter fencing; pavement cleaning, installation of sports court surfacing on the courts for Holmberg Park.
