Upgrades to Toronto Parking Authority buildings. TIMELINE: The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) invites selected consultants to submit proposals for consulting services for the Ventilation Assessment located at 110 Queen St. West (Carpark 36). The objective of this proposal call is to select the best qualified proponent to provide consulting services to the TPA. Proposals may be submitted as joint ventures; however, a single Consultant must be identified as Prime. The Consultant shall undertake the assignment with a well-coordinated and experienced team comprised of high-level senior specialists and experienced staff. The Consultant shall provide professional consulting services in the following disciplines: Mechanical; Electrical; Code/Life Safety; Architect; The TPA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. A fee will not be paid for the preparation or presentation of proposals in response to this Request for Proposals. Consultants may be requested to make a presentation and be interviewed prior to a final selection. Consultants shall have their key team members present at the interview(s). The proposal and any accompanying documentation submitted by the Consultants will become the property of the TPA and will not be returned. Adjustments to proposals by telephone, e-mail, facsimile or letter will not be considered. Should a Consultant wish to alter his proposal, he must withdraw it by letter and submit a new proposal which must be received prior to the closing date and time set out in the Proposal Call Schedule. Consultants are required to examine the site(s) to assess the conditions and check site information indicated on the provided documentation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
