Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 3,423 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 3,423 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 10% ofthe contract, as well as proof ofworkers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
