Projected Contract Commencement: May 25, 2022 Colerain Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to award contracts in whole or in part, to further negotiate proposals in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the submitted proposals. Improvements include: Administration Offices, Police Dept., Trustee's Chamber, and Basement - Installation of a new BCU (Building Controls Unit) and necessary UPCM (Universal Programmable Control Modules). The scope of work shall include the following: 1. Replace the current Trane Building Control Unit (BCU) and (5) Trane UPCM controllers, which currently operate the four air handling units and mechanical room equipment (boilers and chiller). 2. Integrate (if possible) the (50) existing VAV boxes into the new control system. 3. Provide a complete operating system for controlling the heating, cooling and ventilation for each of the (4) areas served by the air handling units. 4. Provide a new BACnet based operator interface for the BAS computer to provide graphics, alarms and history. 5. Provide start up and check out of new controls and controls system after installation is complete. 6. Provide a minimum, of 8 hours operator training, to on site personnel, on operations and maintenance of new controls and controls system. 7. Provide commercial standard warranty for new controls components and controls system. 8. Provide one year workmanship warranty
