No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days Daisy Ingraham School The Unit, designated for replacement, (Task Unit) is located above the ceiling outside the library and computer room entrance. The unit provides heating and air conditioning to both areas. The unit has a water coil piped to the central boiler. The unit also has a fully contained air-conditioning package, (compressor deck, evaporator and condenser). The replacement unit must meet or exceed the minimum specifications of the existing unit. Westbrook High School The replacement of nine (9) ceiling-mounted cabinet heating fan coil units, and one (1) additional unit located by the cafeteria. The new units must meet or exceed the current specifications of the existing equipment. This project is a "Turnkey Project" and should be ready for full operation by August 22, 2022, (see notes below regarding schedule). The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for the installation of all of the components including reconnection of ductwork, piping, condensate and controls. Any contractor submitting a proposal must meet the minimum qualifications as expressed in the RFP.
