As of April 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project will consist of clearing of easement, removal of existing storm pipe, installation of a new storm pipe, grading, restoration of turf grasses, traffic control, and erosion and sedimentation control. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sellersville. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body project. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
