Reference number : 1577455 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The Municipality of Sainte-Genevi ve-de-Batiscan is requesting bids for the repair of the Route de la Pointe Trudel over approximately 2.25 km, the replacement of guardrails, curbs and three culverts. This work is subject to financial assistance under the local road assistance program (PAVL) of the MTQ. The award is conditional on obtaining the grant and approval of the loan by-law. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. BID GUARANTEE A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid and a letter of intent must accompany the bid. All tenders (including security and letter of intent) must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days following the date set for the opening of tenders. The Municipality of Sainte-Genevi ve-de-Batiscan does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids. DEADLINE FOR FILING COMPLAINTS Any complaint in the context of the adjudication process must be filed no later than March 15, 2022. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
