**As of April 13, 2022, this project has been awarded to Signature Roof Service LLC and the awarded amount is $190,066.50.** All labor, material and equipment necessary for the completion of the following work: Building No. 1- Open Class Horse Barn, No. 2-Concession #1, No. 3-Concession #2, No. 4- 4H Horse Barn, No. 5- Cattle Barn, No. 6- Swine Barn, No. 7- 4H/FFA Barn & No.8- Goat Barn Metal Roofing and Siding. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all bids. In accordance with Section 1-03.3 Standard Specifications the contract shall be executed within 10 calendar days after date of award of contract CONTRACT BOND In accordance with Section 1-03.4 ofthe Standard Specifications, the contractor shall, at the time of delivery ofthe executed contract, furnish to the county a Performance Bond in the full amount ofthe contract price conditioned for the faithful performance ofthe contract. This project shall be completed within forty (40) working days. The proposed work to be performed under this Contract consists of all labor, material and equipment necessary for the completion ofthe following work: Removal and reroofing offour buildings on the NCW Fairgrounds; Building No. 1 - Open Class Horse Barn (33'xlOO'), Building No. 2- Concession #1 (32'x58') and Building No3- Concession #2 (32'x 58'). New 36" exposed fastener metal roofinstalled to standard specifications. Fascia and soffit to be replaced where applicable. Removal and reroofing of building No. 4- 4H Horse Barn (L Shaped - 33'x 124'x 100'x 33'). New 36" exposed fastener metal roofinstalled to standard specifications. Fascia and soffit to be replaced where applicable. The 2022 Edition ofthe Washington State Department ofTransportation Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction hereinafter referred to as Standard Specifications are hereby made a part ofthis contract. The following Special Provisions are to be used in conjunction with the Standard Specifications. Removal and residing offronts of buildings No. 4- 4H Horse Barn, No. 5- Cattle Barn, No. 6- Swine Barn, No. 7- 4H/FFA, No.8- Goat Barn with 36", 29 gauge exposed metal siding. Work to include new wood window shutters and doors framed with wood perimeter facing where applicable.
