Reference Number 0000353841 The Engineer's estimate for this project is $8,828,000 The Work of this 1,280 calendar day project consists generally of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision required to replace existing switchgear SS-R-14 at the end of its service life with a new switchgear SS-R-10, including, but not limited to, redeveloping an existing industrial site to become the new location for SS-R-10. This redevelopment will include the removal and demolition of existing buildings and canopy; site grading; and the procurement and installation of a new switchgear, including the installation of associated underground conduits, vaults, cable, overhead work, and all other electrical equipment necessary to successfully deliver a complete system. Work also includes the installation of site pavement, security fence, lighting, a bioretention basin, and the removal of existing switchgear SS-R-14 following the successful construction and commissioning of the new switchgear SS-R-10. All Work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
