As of March 15, 2022. The Contract has not yet been awarded, but expected to be on the 4/11/22 Council agenda at the earliest. The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the New Providence Rd: Asphalt Trail & Drainage Projects for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications (current edition), and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. Questions must be also be submitted online in the same manner listed above for bids. Deadline for questions is February 28, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Official answers to questions and potential change (Addendums) to the ITB (Addendums) will be posted at the same web locations as the ITB on or about March 2, 2022. Any other form of interpretation, correction, or change to this ITB will not be binding upon the City. It is the bidder's responsibility to check the websites for potential updates. Please refer to Bid (22-PW08) and bid name (New Providence Rd: Asphalt Trail & Drainage Projects) when requesting information. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. The selected contractor must be able to start work within ten (10) calendar days after the "Notice to Proceed" is issued. The time of completion for the project is
