City of Winter Haven seeks a professional design firm to design extension of Logistics Parkway per the attached documents. As of August 17, 2023, per owner, a design team has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin prior to end of 2023 for Phase II of the (2) Phase project. Phase II is planned to go out to bid in the next 2 months.
