The City of Marlborough ("City"), the Awarding Authority, invites bids from contractors for the Sewer Rehabilitation Project at Various Locations in Marlborough, Massachusetts, CONTRACT NO. ED 2022-01 for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough. The project consists of cementitious manhole rehabilitation within 22 existing sewer manholes (342 VF) and installing 3,943 FT of cured-in-place pipe within an existing 8" AC sewer main, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The estimated project cost is approximately $262,902.55 Bidders must be prequalified by the MassDOT Highway Division Questions concerning the project bid documents shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Mark Dascoli by email to mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% ofthe total contract price including any alternates. The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement process, or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, ifthe City determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests ofthe public to do so.
