Union Grove Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project Background and Purpose The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (hereafter referred to as "VA") Community Based Outpatient Clinic (hereafter referred to as "CBOC") is located on the campus of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove in Shemanske Hall. The spaces in the west side of Shemanske Hall were renovated in 2016, under a lease agreement with the VA, to accommodate the functions of a CBOC. The VA requests the Lessor provide tenant improvements (TI) for the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) readiness requirements in the leased space occupied by the VA. Interested A/E's shall indicate their interest and submit their letters of interest no later than Monday, February 14, 2022, 12:00 PM, noon. Project Description EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades for CBOC includes but is not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: Assess and design/specify for Electrical (normal & emergency power) electrical panel upgrade, Bonding, UPS, Building Management System and TempTrack interfaces, assess existing HVAC for suitability, assess existing space for reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation (demo, new construction, finishes), communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable), and all required physical security upgrade throughout leased spaces. The technical requirements of this telecommunication work replace former versions which may be included by reference in the Lease.
