In addition, the pedestrian bridge across Pittman Creek along Lakeview Trail will be replaced and ADA-compliant connections made on both ends to the sidewalk along Lakeview Trail. Project also includes the replacement of 1,250 LF of 6 and 8 cast iron water lines along Rockbrook Drive and Trailridge Drive The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $1,000 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified.
