**Parent Project Report** *As of September 24, 2024, The Bid Pack A-Sitework portion of this project has already started construction back in July 2024. Bid Pack B is currently out for bid. *As of June 04, 2024, project is in the bidding phase. Bid Pac A - Sitework for this project was just recently bid and results are being reviewed. Bid Pac B is expected to go out for bid sometime end of July to early August 2023. Sussex County Vocational Technical High School is located at 17099 County Seat Highway, Georgetown, DE and is projected to be a 1,600 +/- pupil high school. The State has awarded a Certificate of Necessity of approximately $177M to replace the current building/athletic fields with a new 349,746 s.f. facility. It is anticipated that the new building will be able to be constructed on the existing site Estimated Notification of Award March 10, 2022 Deadline for Questions January 31, 2022 Response to Questions Posted by February 4, 2022 A mandatory pre-bid meeting has not been established for this Request for Proposal.
