DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR24B0002 for the Construction of Building 3659 Composites Engineering and Innovation Center (CEIC) at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, located in Crane, Indiana. The Contract Duration is estimated at six hundred and twenty (620) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract.
