The proposed project will use an undevelopable area for a new wetland on the east side of SE Creekview Drive, south of East 1st Street. The wetland will be designed to store approximately 30 acre-feet of stormwater, and treat approximately 250 acres of drainage area. The improvements will include grading, native vegetation, and flow control devices. The wetland design will be similar to other existing wetlands located within the City. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 capital improvement plan (CIP). As of December 22, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
