Channel Street Corridor Improvements - The Channel Street Corridor Improvements project will install various measures including crosswalks, bike lanes, bulb-outs, sidewalks, curb and gutter, pavement, and lighting to improve the project area's safety and aesthetics. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Request for Clarification: Shall be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m., at least one week prior to bid opening date. If a requests warrants a letter of clarification, such letter of clarification will be posted on Bid Flash at least two days prior to bid opening. City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise for bids or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton. The Contractor shall diligently prosecute the contract work to completion within two- hundred and sixty-five (265) working days. The days to finish the punch list, provided by the City, are included in the Original Working Days. We would anticipate the contract to be awarded in October or November, and notice to proceed likely in March, 2025, unless it can be mutually agreed upon to begin earlier
