The estimate for the work is $1,279,455.00 City of Moraine is accepting bids for MOT- Dryden Road North Rehabilitation The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time DBE Goal= 8% Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10% ) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check being payable to the City of Moraine, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100% ) of the contract price prosecute to full completion the work called for under the Contract Documents BY OCTOBER 15, 2022 This project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 7,200 feet of the existing five lanes of pavement. The failing pavement in the intersections of the northbound and southbound I-75 interchange ramps and the Arbor Blvd. will be completely rebuilt while the remaining asphalt surface will be milled, failing concrete base joints will be repaired and the entire project will be resurfaced. Sidewalks will be added to connect bus stops in the southern section of the corridor. The traffic signal at East River Road will be reconstructed.
