The County is looking for a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transport services to sites, special skills required, supervision and all services set forth in the specifications of this proposal and necessary to maintain the locations described in a superior condition. These areas shall be maintained with a crisp, clean appearance (i.e. dress mowing) and as otherwise specified herein and shall include edge trimming, shrub pruning, debris pick-up and blowing, routine mowing, special and seasonal mowing, fertilization, and insect, weed, gopher and squirrel control. It is the intent to schedule maintenance to keep these sites in a state of healthy vigorous growth with the highest standards of quality and performance practices. Park sites five (5) county Regional Parks: Cucamonga-Guasti; Glen Helen; Prado; Yucaipa; and Mojave Narrows.
