Reference Number 0000333478 Colorado Blvd. Between E 68th Ave and E 70th Ave. Including new pavement, C&G and Sidewalk and storm sewer. Colorado Boulevard between 68th Avenue and 70th Avenue is an important segment of roadway between the RTD Light Rail station and the new Alsup Elementary location. The project will continue the bicycle and pedestrian improvements that were made for the segment of Colorado Boulevard from 70th Avenue to 72nd Avenue, extending the multi-modal transportation options for the area. The Colorado Boulevard project will include wider sidewalks and curb and gutter to improve the roadway. In addition, storm drain improvements will be added. The typical roadway cross-section for Colorado Blvd.will be two (2) through lanes (one in each direction), with curb, gutter and sidewalks.
