Complete hard copy sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online at tetratechaeprojectplanroom.com ‘projects’. Checks shall be made payable to Lakeland Central School District in the sum of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) for each set of documents. A scanned copy of the deposit check can be emailed to projects@revplans.com. Once the scanned copy of the executed deposit check is received, Bidding Documents will be shipped. Mail checks to Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, New York 11803. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders.
