Town reserves the right to request Bid Guaranty/ Bid Bond. If requested, Contractor must provide a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, completing a form that the Town shall provide If this provision is selected, the selected Contractor must deliver to the Town a performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the price specified in the contract. Refer to Form 9 of this Bid. Payment Bond. If this provision is selected, the selected Contractor must deliver to the Town a payment bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the price specified in the contract.
