Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $6m but Less Than or Equal to $10m Mandatory Prequalification Required (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Project Location: US-191; SR-279 to Seven Mile Wash The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): SMA - 1/2 inch FSR-HMA-1/2 Inch In-Place Cold Recycled Asphaltic Base With Solventless Emulsion The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
