Derby City Hall Lobby Improvements - The City has developed a capital improvement plan for a portion of City Hall. This section of City Hall is approximately 20 years old and is in need of safety improvements and interior finish upgrades. The City has been working with Schaefer Architecture to identify costs and possible solutions. This phase of the project will include a new front desk lobby, additional workspace, lighting improvements, security access doors, and other interior finish improvements. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. D. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. Telephone: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Owner will remove the following items before start of work: 1. Furniture. 2. Office equipment.
