Bidders should call 24 hours in advance to ensure Bid Documents will be available. 4. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-26, in order to be eligible to sub mit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Man agement and Construction (DPMC) as of the date and time of the bid opening in one of the disciplines listed above. 5. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal forms and be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond drawn to the order of the "North Brunswick Township Board of Education" for not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bid securities shall comply with N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A- 24. 6. Bids shall also include a Certificate of Consent of Surety obligating the issuing surety company to provide the bidder and its subcontractors, if successful, with a New Jersey Statuto ry Performance Bond and a New Jersey Statutory Payment Bond each in the full amount of the Contract. 7. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable require ments of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq., concerning Public School Building Contracts law. 8. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law, if it is in the interest of the Board to do so. 9. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements of employment to be observed and Prevailing Wage Rates to be paid under the Contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. 10. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., PL 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Ac tion against Discrimination (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.). An initial Project Workforce Report will be required from the successful bidder (Form AA-201). The Contractor shall comply with the re quirements set forth in N.J.A.C. 17:27, N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 also known as Exhibit B. 11. The North Brunswick Township School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. 12.
