The site is accessible from 44th Avenue. Contractors may view a paper set of Proposal Forms, Plans, and Specifications from City's Engineering Department at the Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd, Plymouth, MN 55447. Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Plymouth in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Plymouth in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
