The work consists minimally but not limited to: The complete demolition of all or part of a premises or building in anticipation of a new reconstruction and/or the liquidation of a dilapidated asset; The deconstruction (commonly called selective demolition, curettage or stripping) in whole or in part of a room or building, where architectural and technical elements of the finishing work will be placed, in order to deliver it ready to be renovated or rehabilitated; The decontamination of all or part of a room or building in order to proceed with the removal of hazardous materials The contract is for an expected duration of 3 years
