The Project consists of phased demolition of 24-, 48-, and 54-inch yard piping, 24-inch storm sewer piping and electrical utilities and phased construction of new 24-, 48- and 54-inch yard piping, 24-inch storm sewer piping, electrical utilities and appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated on the Bid Form. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to comply with Onondaga County Water Authority's Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Policy. The combined M/WBE participation goal for this project is 15% of the total contract value. For information concerning the proposed Work, contact Gregory D.
