The Texas Tech University System seeks to commission a professional artist to create site-specific exterior sculpture(s) or installation to be placed at Bolin Hall, on the Midwestern State University campus, located in Wichita Falls, TX. The artist has the option to present a concept for either an interior or exterior piece. Construction of the facility will be completed by July 2025. $368,000 (All Inclusive). This amount is inclusive of all costs associated with this public art project including, but not limited to, artist fees, other consultant and subcontractors fees, insurance conforming to TTU System standards, engineering, materials, fabrication, transportation, installation (including any site modification), and post-installation documentation.
