This project will incorporate deferred maintenance of building systems that support the laboratories and improve accessibility, safety, and energy efficiency. Firms interested in providing Public Construction Management At Risk services for Life Science Pathways Center/Science Lab Upgrades - North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
