The scope of work generally includes installing ADA compliant sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, curb and gutters, valley gutters, signing and striping, storm drain inlets, and asphalt plugs, slurry seals, and dig-out repairs along Sharon Road from Alameda de las Pulgas to Altschul Ave. The project also includes relocating frontage features, grading conforms, and landscaping and mulching behind the back of sidewalk or as specified per Plan. Bidder must have a California contractors license, classification Class A Contractors License (issued pursuant to Chapter 9, Division 3 of the California Business & Professions Code, which are currently active and in good standing) to bid this project. Attention is directed to the prohibitions and penalties pertaining to unlicensed contractors as provided in Business and Professions Code Sections 7028.15(a) and 7031.
