The State University of New York, System Administration, conducted a Condition Assessment for our Parking Garage. The final condition assessment identified and prioritized deficiencies. Priority 1 repair recommendations address locally unstable conditions that present potential fall or trip hazards to pedestrians. Sounding and removal of loose materials and further investigation to determine long term repairs. Priority 2 repair recommendations address sources of moisture infiltration that will impact the structural integrity of the building if left unresolved. Scope of work includes but is not limited, trip hazard repairs at pedestrian walkways, inspections of damaged overhead materials, concrete cracking, concrete spalling, efflorescence, rust and moisture staining on precast concrete and sealant joint replacement on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Location: SUNY System Administration, 353 Broadway, Albany, NY 12246 SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law 163.6 and NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), for the above noted service.
