Repair damages caused by fire to the Airport Way Bridge over Mormon Slough, between East Anderson Street and East Jackson Street. Includes concrete repair, replacement of bridge structural members, reconstruction of the embankment fill, construction of concrete slope paving at bridge abutment, and installation of concrete rock stabilization at the channel bottom. Bidders are hereby notified that the successful bidder and any subcontractor under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as defined in the Stockton Municipal Code; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise for bids or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labour and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Said bonds shall be furnished by a company authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California.
