Chiller Replacement for Boys and Girls Club BID GUARANTY TO ACCOMPANY BID: MPS Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check: 10% of Contractor's Base Bid. The are no HUB, COIN, Student Employment / Participation requirements for this bid. Plans and specifications will be loaned to a prospective bidder upon receipt of the deposit listed, which deposit will be returned upon surrender of the plans and specifications in good condition. Bid documents must be returned only to A/E Graphics, Inc. All questions should be submitted in writing prior to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 to electronically. No questions may be answered after that date and time. No questions shall be answered verbally. No verbal information from any source is to be relied upon by any respondent in the development of their Bid. Written questions and responses will be documented by way of addenda, which will be forwarded to all bidders. Each bid shall be for a fixed lump sum.
